About

An independent engineering company for national infrastructure

Qcuboyds Solutions LLC designs, integrates and delivers complete national solutions. We are not a reseller, and we are not an IT services vendor with an integration department. Integration is the whole of what we do.

Positioning Statement

What we are, stated precisely

Qcuboyds Solutions LLC is a Vendor-Neutral Systems Integrator specialising in the design, integration, implementation and lifecycle support of mission-critical national digital infrastructure.

Read that sentence carefully, because each clause is a commitment.

Vendor-neutral means we carry no reseller margin, no OEM sales quota and no platform allegiance into a requirements workshop. Systems integrator means our deliverable is a working whole, not a collection of correctly installed parts. Mission-critical means the consequence of failure is measured in citizens denied a service, borders left unwatched or an election result that cannot be defended. Lifecycle support means we are still accountable years after the launch ceremony.

Everything else on this website is an elaboration of that one sentence.

What we do

Four things, done to an engineering standard

DESIGN

Design

Requirements engineering, target-state architecture, security architecture, data models, capacity modelling and procurement-ready technical specifications.

INTEGRATE

Integrate

Interface engineering between heterogeneous systems and vendors: APIs, event flows, identity assurance, canonical data and end-to-end test harnesses.

IMPLEMENT

Implement

Programme delivery, factory and site acceptance testing, phased rollout, migration and cutover, field enrolment logistics and operator training.

SUPPORT

Support

Service management, performance optimisation, obsolescence planning, security patching regimes and structured knowledge transfer to client engineers.

The Qcuboyds Difference

How we differ from a product-led supplier

The difference is not tone of voice. It is the order in which decisions are taken, and who has an interest in the answer.

Decision Product-led supplier Qcuboyds
Starting point An available product line and a target order value. The client’s mission and the operational outcome required.
Technology choice Predetermined; the requirement is shaped to fit it. An output of open evaluation against the requirement, discipline by discipline.
Architecture Whatever the product suite supports natively. Standards-based, with each component independently replaceable.
Commercial interest Increasing licence and hardware volume over time. Engineering fees for outcomes; no margin dependency on any OEM.
Exit position Replacement means re-platforming the whole national system. Any component — including Qcuboyds — can be replaced without collapse.
Who we work with

Institutions that cannot afford a failed programme

Our clients operate under statutory duty, public scrutiny and hard deadlines set by law rather than by a roadmap.

Governments & ministries

Digital government programmes, whole-of-government architecture and cross-ministry interoperability mandates.

Election commissions

Register integrity, accreditation, results transmission and the evidentiary record required to defend an outcome.

National identity authorities

Foundational identity, civil registration linkage and credential lifecycle at population scale.

Immigration & border agencies

Entry–exit systems, traveller risk assessment, eGates and interoperable travel documents.

Healthcare institutions

Health information exchange, patient identity resolution and insurance eligibility infrastructure.

Police & road authorities

Vehicle compliance enforcement, stolen vehicle detection, revenue protection and auditable traffic enforcement.

Strategic partners

OEMs, primes and development finance institutions requiring an independent integration and assurance capability.

Corporate

Company facts

The block below is intentionally left for verified corporate detail. Nothing here should be published until it has been confirmed by the company.

[PLACEHOLDER — CORPORATE FACTS]
Legal entity name and registration number · year established · headquarters and regional offices · number of engineers by discipline · certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, CMMI) · framework agreements and government registrations · insurance and bonding capacity · leadership biographies and photographs · board and advisory council.
Leadership

[PLACEHOLDER] Add 4–6 leadership profiles: name, role, discipline, prior national programmes, professional credentials, portrait photograph (recommended 800×800px, neutral background, consistent lighting across all profiles).

Governance & ethics

[PLACEHOLDER] Anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy, conflict of interest declarations, gifts and hospitality register, supplier code of conduct, whistleblowing channel. For government buyers this section is frequently a pre-qualification requirement — publish the actual policy documents as PDFs.

Quality & assurance regime

[PLACEHOLDER] Quality management system, configuration and change control, independent verification and validation arrangements, source code escrow practice, security clearance levels held by delivery staff.

Partner ecosystem

We maintain technical relationships with OEMs across every discipline we integrate, and we disclose them. Neutrality does not mean distance from vendors; it means no vendor has a claim on our recommendation.

[PLACEHOLDER] Add partner logos and a short statement of the commercial basis of each relationship, plus a link to partner enquiries.

Bring us the mission, the constraints and the timeline. We will return an independent architecture assessment — not a product quotation.
