Bring us the mission, not the shortlist

The most useful first conversation is about the outcome you are accountable for, the constraints you cannot change and the deadline you did not set. Product questions can wait.

General enquiry

Request a consultation

An initial consultation is a technical conversation, not a sales call. Expect questions about volumes, statutory constraints, existing systems and who inside your institution will be held responsible for the outcome.

Developer note: not connected to a backend. Set the form action, add server-side validation and spam protection, and remove the demo handler in assets/js/main.js. Confirm the data retention statement above with legal before go-live.

Partners & OEMs

Partner and OEM enquiries

We maintain technical relationships with OEMs across every discipline we integrate, and we welcome more of them. One point should be clear from the outset: a partnership with Qcuboyds does not confer preference in an evaluation, and we will not accept terms that oblige us to lead with a product.

What we do offer is a rigorous, documented evaluation on the merits, honest feedback when a product loses, and a well-engineered integration when it wins.

We are also engaged by primes and development finance institutions as an independent integration, assurance or technical due-diligence partner inside programmes we did not design.

What to include in a partner enquiry

  • Discipline and product category
  • Deployments at national scale, with references
  • Standards conformance and independent test results
  • Interface documentation and API availability
  • Licensing model, including behaviour at national volumes
  • Support presence in the regions you expect to serve
  • Source escrow and end-of-life commitments

Discuss your national programme with our engineering team

Bring us the mission, the constraints and the timeline. We will return an independent architecture assessment — not a product quotation.
